Quality:
Proliner™ is a premium quality product manufactured from galvanised coil to European Standard BS EN 10147 : 1992.
The substrate is Fe E 280 G with hot dipped galvanised coating of 275 grammes per square metre.
The substrate is primed and 15 micron of polyester are applied to the external surface.
Heat Resistance:
Maximum continuous temperature -40o C to +80o C.
Profile:
Proliner™ is manufactured in 32mm deep profile with a 200mm pitch in a 1000mm cover width, with mini-ribs.
(Mini-ribs can be omitted if specified at time of order).
Thickness:
Proliner™ is available in 0.50mm and 0.70mm thickness in Roof profiles. |
Tolerances:
All dimensions are subject to roll forming tolerances.
Colour:
Proliner™ is available in standard in Chalk White.
